All Yama Studio products are made to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong size

• Personal preference

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: hello@yamastudio.co.uk

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
